About

My name is Tricia Mooney and I am the owner of Devine Fitness.

Devine is my Mams maiden name, and sounded better than “Mooney Fitness ” ha ha !!

I’ve come a long way since starting my first fitness course in IMAGE FITNESS TRAINING in 2012 , I am now over  10 years i business. Time flies when your having fun!

Did you know I only started lifting weights when I was 32 ? Yes … it’s true .. I was a late starter !
I couldn’t lift 5kg Dumbbells doing a chest press when I started , had no clue about resistance training, I really felt like I was in over my head !
I really found a love for resistance training , the way it made me feel , the Strength I achieved , the way you can push yourself , the way it changed my mind and my body , there’s no feeling like it . I got hooked !

While I’ve built strong arms , a strong core and always working on building strong glutes , I have more importantly built a strong mind and strong relationship with food.

So moral of the story …. it’s never too late to start any sort of resistance training , or any type of Exercise, to start changing your mindset , your lifestyle or your body if that’s what you want , do what makes you happy , your body will thank you you will surprised at what it can do and what resistance training protects you from as you get older there’s so many benefits .
