A large collection of classes were recorded live during 2020 and 2021, so for those who cant make it to the studio or just prefer a home workout there are hundreds of classes to choose from, you will find the option to purchase the recordings on the glox fox app
Training with Kettlebell weights, we use from 4kg upwards so it is for all fitness levels, just go with the weight you’re comfortable with. A fantastic all over body workout, great for toning up stubborn areas. Work muscles you never even know you had.
Boxercise is a fast paced, full body cardio class. We use boxing pads and gloves, we do body weight exercises, cardio exercises and a lot of ab work. Great class to get rid of the stresses of the week! You don’t need a partner to come as we will join you up with others, a fun and very sweaty class.
Full body workout for all fitness levels. Circuit training uses a mixture of bodyweight, cardio, weights, kettlebells and strength and conditioning.An all rounder, great fat loss class.
This class is a mixture of Insanity with Kettlebells. We start the class with Insanity warm up, stretch and then the cardio, endurance and speed blocks. The second half of the class we grab a good sized bell and do a Kettlebell finisher with some abs at the end. Two of the best fat burning classes mixed together, come try it out.
Bands and Bars
In this class we work the entire body with a focus on glutes. We use glute loops and barbells but depending on what you are comfortable with you can use kettlebells or dumbells if you prefere. There is a significant amount of core work at the end of this class and it s is a great glute burner.
This class is a shorter class, we use TRX and Kettlebells in a number of A.M.R.A.P / E.M.O.M or both combined. Its fast paced and probably not for beginners but give it a go. This is a pure conditioning class.
