Training with Kettlebell weights, we use from 4kg upwards so it is for all fitness levels, just go with the weight you’re comfortable with.

Boxercise is a fast paced, full body cardio class. We use boxing pads and gloves, we do bodyweight exercises, cardio exercises and a lot of ab work. Great class to get rid of the stresses of the week!
You don’t need a partner to come as we will join you up with others, a fun and very sweaty class.

Insanity is a live cardio based high intensity, total body, interval training, conditioning program which uses the principals of max interval training. Insanity utilises a variety of simple athletic moves preformed in repeated blocks lasting 2 minutes with a 30 second rest.
Don’t let the name fool you, instructors like ourselves are trained to help participants master and modify the movements making Insanity suitable for ANY LEVEL OF FITNESS, the insanity is yours to make so give it a try.

This class is a mixture of Insanity with Kettlebells. We start the class with Insanity warm up, stretch and then the cardio, endurance and speed blocks. The second half of the class we grab a good sized bell and do a Kettlebell finisher with some abs at the end.

A strength class similar in structure to circuit training, we use a mix of tyres to flip or hit, prowlers and sleighs to push and pull, battle ropes to slam, farmers walks and kegs are a few of what you’ll be working with.
Don’t worry you will be in teams or 3 or 4 depending on class size, there are lots of breaks to have as they are needed. A great class for pushing and encouraging each other.
