- Sarah smashed her 12 week challenge , strenght has gone up. Energy levels are through the roof , and she can now do a full push up
- Final check in and all I can say is I’m absolutely delighted with how the 12 weeks went. My strength is back and I feel amazing in myself. I had really lost my love of training last year with my back injury and general covid life! But I’m back with a bang, I look forward to every session we have and really push myself. I’m sleeping better and feel more refreshed day to day! I love the support of the group and all the food ideas! I never felt like i was restricting my food choices just making smarter ones and thinking about if I really wanted something
- Exactly 1 year between these photos . Jo started her journey with us 10th May 2020 online in lockdown 1 . She’s been going our 12 week challenges online since then . What an incredible transformation she’s had Those abs / arms / legs absolutely stunning , so lean Jo has never been on low calories … she eats a lot of good food , has her treats ( 80/20 rule we live by ) her Cals have never go below 1800 , she works hard at every session and progresses as much as she can , all the hard work has certainly paid
- …. I know we can visibly see a major physical difference here ( 21.5 inches / 14lbs diwn ) but what I love about this is the mental difference she has , her relationship with food , her mindset has all shifted . Absolutely amazing Sarah well done
- Ladies this is a result of lifting heavy weights ( they don’t need to be crazy tonnes girls just heavy to you – any kind of progressive overload ) and tracking protein . Louise is done with the scales now and is focused on maintaining and building and being strong AF . Look at how her body has changed but if you can hear how her mind has changed from a different world , eating very little , not lifting weights or going the gym to now the complete opposite.
- I was for 6 months or more trying lots of diets and gym online spending money. Nothing was working and I had no support pretty much paid and off you go by yourself. I start to spin to the depressing mode of not wanting be around people and wearing tracksuits and baggy clothes. In March Trish you find me a spot in 12 weeks challenge. First time I felt like I had directions, hope and support I needed but above all motivation. After short time my body start to change my behaviour of eating and learning about good calories helped me manage my cravings. Not only I start to eat healthier but my family too. Now I feel like brand new women having more energy, even shop and wearing more showing shape of my body clothes also first time in 2 years I could put bikini on the beach NO MORE TSHIRTS !!!!!
