I was for 6 months or more trying lots of diets and gym online spending money. Nothing was working and I had no support pretty much paid and off you go by yourself. I start to spin to the depressing mode of not wanting be around people and wearing tracksuits and baggy clothes. In March Trish you find me a spot in 12 weeks challenge. First time I felt like I had directions, hope and support I needed but above all motivation. After short time my body start to change my behaviour of eating and learning about good calories helped me manage my cravings. Not only I start to eat healthier but my family too. Now I feel like brand new women having more energy, even shop and wearing more showing shape of my body clothes   also first time in 2 years I could put bikini on the beach  NO MORE TSHIRTS !!!!!
