We have had great success with our personal training ladies. Depending on budget and needs we have different options available.

Private & Semi Private Training

Private – A fitness plan tailored to your specific goals and what results you are after.

Semi Private – A fitness plan agreed for 2 -3 people to do together, great way to stay motivated by having friends to train with.

  • Booked in blocks of 6, 8 or 12 weeks. You can book up to 20 weeks at a time
  • Times & Dates are flexible to your needs and our availability, we can agree particular times for each week or change as needed
  • Sessions are 40 – 50 minutes longs
  • Progress photos , measurements and weight is taken at start , middle and end. It’s more the photos and measurements that I look at as weight fluctuates all the time. I don’t rely on the scales at all its not something you should get hung up on
  • Prices vary depending on how many days per week ( 2 or 3 ) , how many people and how many weeks

I have a level 1 cert in nutritional coaching as well as training you I will advise you on food shopping and how to do out your meals , it’s different for everyone so this is something we work on together week by week.
